In February 2004, The Acquisitions Division was created at The Breeden Company, Inc. C. Torrey Breeden, Timothy A. Faulkner, and Mark E. Pendleton comprise the Acquisitions Team. The team’s focus is to acquire $150MM of multi-family housing and commercial assets on an annual basis. The team is currently evaluating several opportunities in the Southeast. As these opportunities become available, we will be allowing some private investment in these transactions.
