Lawrence E. Dunn is a Vice President and the Chief Accounting Officer for The Breeden Company. He is responsible for accounting, budgeting and financial reporting, human resources and employee benefits, and property and casualty insurance.

Mr. Dunn has held several positions at The Breeden Company. In 1991 he began working as a Vice President and Controller. In 1995 he was named the Chief Financial Officer for VSA Resorts, an affiliate of The Breeden Company. There he was responsible for all financial reporting, accounting, human resources, collections, administration and financing activities for that company. He has been Chief Accounting Officer of The Breeden Company since 2003.

Before joining The Breeden Company, Mr. Dunn served in various capacities for Farm Fresh, Inc. a regional full service supermarket chain in Virginia. Over a ten year period he held several positions including Staff Accountant, Internal Auditor, and Division Controller.

Mr. Dunn received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 1981 from Old Dominion University.

Mr. Dunn lives in Hampton, Virginia with his wife and children. Together, they enjoy boating and taking family bike rides.
