Tim Faulkner is President and Chief Operating Officer of Breeden Property Management. He is responsible for leasing all multifamily assets, facilities management of all multifamily and commercial assets, maintaining a streamlined and efficient organization, and developing and delivering the results of the annual operating plans.

“The Breeden Company has maintained a long term focus on what is important to the growth of the business. Systems have been used to maintain that focus. Removing distractions that don’t improve customer service and improvement of our asset conditions has helped us deliver and exceed our base business metrics,” he says of how The Breeden Company reaches its goals.

Prior to working for The Breeden Company, Mr. Faulkner held several executive positions where he worked on streamlining and evaluating manufacturing and operational processes. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Lawton Lumber Company. Before working with Lawton Lumber Company, he was Vice President of Operations for American Coating Technologies. And, prior to that position he was a Process Engineer and Production Manager for Proctor and Gamble.

Mr. Faulkner received his Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Systems Analysis with a minor in Civil Engineering in 1986 from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He then spent 4 years in the United States Army as a Platoon Leader, Assistant Operations Officer, and Battalion Personnel Officer.

He lives in Norfolk, Virginia with his wife and three children and also visits with his son living in North Carolina. When he is relaxing, it is either enjoying time with his family or fishing.
