25th Street Mixed Use Development – Virginia Beach, VA
The Breeden Company recently announced plans to build a new development along the 25th Street corridor that will include 147 luxury apartment homes, a public parking garage and an iFly branded indoor sky diving experience. The project aligns with the long term goals for Virginia Beach set forth by the city planners and will create a sense of year-round entertainment for residents and visitors at the Oceanfront.
Cambria at Cornerstone - Virginia Beach, VA - Now Leasing
Feel the vibe of urban living at Cambria at Cornerstone. The 456 apartments will be overflowing with amenities both inside and outside of the apartment homes. The land is located near the intersection of Bacova Drive and Henrico Counties near the new North Gayton road extension. The development will include a total of 420 urban apartment homes consisting of spacious one, two and three bedroom floor plans for residents to select from. The amenities will include a fitness center, clubhouse and a resort style pool with gas grills. Once completed, the project will contribute to the growth of the area along with increased traffic distribution near the site. The property is located close to two other Breeden properties Towne Center West and Reflections of West Creek Apartments, The Breeden Company expects to begin construction in the third quarter of 2013.
Yorktown Arch Luxury Townhome Development – York County, VA – Coming Fall 2013
The Breeden Company has announced plans to develop Yorktown Arch, York County’s newest luxury townhome community. The property is located in historic York County, the heart of the Virginia Peninsula, and one of the fastest-growing areas in Virginia. The 92 unit luxury townhome community will offer a high-quality, semi-rural environment perfect for living, working and playing. Red Knot at Edinburgh – Chesapeake, VA - Coming Spring 2014
The Breeden Company recently announced plans to develop Red Knot at Edinburgh which will be Chesapeake’s newest E-Urban community. This location is convenient to Route 168 (Chesapeake Expressway) which links Interstate 64 in Chesapeake to North Carolina and the Outer Banks. The community will consist of 336 luxury apartment homes with one, two and three bedroom floor plans offering top of the line features. Waterfront Project - Portsmouth, VA - Coming Soon
The Breeden Company has struck a deal to acquire and develop two sites near the nTelos Wireless Pavilion near the Portsmouth Waterfront. The plan includes development of the North Pier and the Desks Inc. site and will call for at least a 230 unit luxury apartment complex.

Eagle Harbor Phase 3 - Carrollton, VA - Coming Soon
The Breeden Company is in the third phase of construction for the Eagle Harbor community. Once rezoned, the development will be on 15.93 gross acres and will feature 204 luxury apartments with 64 detached garages, a clubhouse and swimming pool.
