Fido And Friends Film Festival at the Villages of Stoney Run

NEWPORT NEWS -- The Fido and Friends Film Festival is taking place at The Villages of Stoney Run.
“Hotel for Dogs” will show first on June 30, while “Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey” will play July 28. Both films will begin at 8:30 p.m. and run until approximately 10 p.m. Rain dates are scheduled for July 14 and August 4.
The SPCA will also attend from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m., accompanied by several furry friends to promote animal adoption.
“There are many animals looking for loving homes in our community,” said Sara Jo Rubin, project manager for the film series. “The summer series is a great opportunity to get the word out.”
