Eagle Harbor Apartments will be a luxury apartment community located on Routes 17 & 258 in Isle of Wight County, Virginia near the James River Bridge. The project will consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Amenities will include the clubhouse, fitness center, entertainment room, pool, volleyball court, putting green, detached garages, in unit washers and dryers, and wood burning fireplaces. Construction is scheduled to begin mid summer 2004, with apartments available for lease by summer 2005. |
