Virginia Beach, VA, Jan 24, 2005—The Breeden Company’s newest apartment community, The Reflections of West Creek, took home the coveted “Community of the Year” award from the Richmond Apartment Management Association.
The 8th annual Rammy awards were held on Friday January 21, 2005 at the Omni Hotel in Richmond. Attendance for the awards ceremony reached 310 while there were six properties nominated for Community of the Year.
The Reflections of West Creek is located in Richmond, VA just west of the areas first open air mall, Short Pump Town Center. The property began leasing in October of 2003 with a construction completion date of June 2004.
The award winning community was developed and is currently managed by the Breeden Company. The community consists of 290 apartment homes which include one, two and three bedroom. Interior features in the apartments include full size washers and dryers and monitored intrusion alarms.
