Groundskeeper - Townes at Jones Run
Primary Duties include but are not limited to:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for but not limited to ensuring the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community, and establishing standards of cleanliness including grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, amenities and common areas.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Maintenance experience not needed, but is helpful. Willingness to work.
- Interaction With Other Employees and The Public – Must interact with the public and other employees.
- Physical Demands – Lifting, walking, climbing and bending.
