Job Title:Receptionist
Reports To:Operations Manager
Job Summary
The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service experience.
Primary Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in answering phones at the front desk.
- Assist with walk-in customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in maintaining the reception area and kitchen.
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and processing mail.
- Provide clerical and administrative support as needed for multiple departments.
- Operate standard office, word processing, and data processing equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- High School Diploma
- Strong Customer Service Experience
- General knowledge of standard office practices, procedures, equipment, and secretarial techniques.
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable rate of speed.
- Ability to meet the public professionally and effectively.
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
