Job Title:Resident Relations Manager
Reports To:Property Manager
Job Summary
The Resident Relations Manager is expected to display a strong commitment to the company goals, values and success of The Breeden Company. Under the immediate direction of the Property Manager, the Resident Relations Manager is responsible for the administrative components listed below.
Primary Duties include but are not limited to:

- Solve all Resident’s Concerns/Issues
- Handle Code Enforcement Issues
- Input Work Orders
- Monitor Security Logs
- Provide Assistance to Leasing Agents, approve applications and take rent payments
- Provide assistance to both the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager
- Renter’s Insurance Tracking
- Weekly Inspection of Apartments Interiors and Exteriors to ensure lease adherence and safety
- Routine Property Inspections
- Handle Incident Reports
- Text Communication with Residents
- Resident Functions
- Liaison with Security Company

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Some college preferred.
- Sale, customer service and basic computer skills.
- Interaction with other employees and the public – Must interact with resident, prospects tenants, team members and maintenance.
- Physical demands – Walking, standing and sitting at long period at times.
- Schedule may require weekend work.
