Timothy A. Faulkner

Tim Faulkner currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Breeden Company, Inc. He is responsible for all operating aspects and facilitation of management for the multifamily and commercial assets, maintaining a streamlined and efficient organization, in addition to developing and delivering the results of the annual operating plans.

Removing distractions that don’t improve customer service and improvement of our asset conditions has helped us deliver and exceed our base business metrics,” he says of how The Breeden Company reaches its goals.

Prior to working for The Breeden Company, Mr. Faulkner held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Lawton Lumber Company where he worked on streamlining and evaluating manufacturing and operational processes. Prior to working with Lawton Lumber Company, he served as Vice President of Operations for American Coating Technologies and served as a Process Engineer and Production Manager for Proctor and Gamble prior to that.

Mr. Faulkner received his Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Systems Analysis with a minor in Civil Engineering in 1986 from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He then spent 4 years in the United States Army as a Platoon Leader, Assistant Operations Officer and Battalion Personnel Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.

He lives in Norfolk, Virginia with his wife and three children. He has another son residing and working in Greenville, North Carolina.
