Breeden Capital, LLC was launched in 2006 with the goal of acquiring apartment and retail properties in the mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States by utilizing a combination of internal and joint venture institutional capital. Breeden Capital acquires properties to leverage Breeden Property Management's 50 years of successful property management to drive net operating income (NOI) and returns for our investors.

Breeden Capital is actively seeking to place capital in and to manage existing apartment assets and strategic retail assets (neighborhood shopping centers). Current initiatives focus primarily on apartment acquisitions and recapitalizations. Breeden Capital is a solution if you are a property owner, lender, or servicer looking for an apartment buyer and/or investor in the Mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States.

Breeden Capital was strategic in its acquisitions over the last several years, preserving capital and limiting purchases in the now described overheated commercial real estate market from 2005-2007. In the current market, Breeden Capital has capital and institutional relationships poised to execute attractive deals.
