Her career has included positions with Divaris Real Estate, Richfood, and Heilig-Meyers Furniture.

Brenda is actively involved in business and community organizations, currently serving as Immediate Past President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Richmond, member of the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence, Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
