The Breeden Company adds an additional 180 apartments to the 276-unit community currently under construction

Virginia Beach, VA – January 12, 2012 - The Breeden Company announces plans for the second phase of the Cambria at Cornerstone project, increasing the apartment count to 456 units. The initial 276 units are under construction and slated to have residents move in as early as spring 2012. Situated within the Cornerstone master planned community and ideally located directly off Interstate 264, the community will boast urban luxuries and provide a high quality product.

“We have had great success in central Virginia Beach, so we jumped at the opportunity to increase the unit count at Cambria,” said Ramon W. Breeden, Jr., company founder and chief executive officer. “Our construction and management divisions are extremely talented and capable, which will be pivotal to making this a top-notch community.

The iconic community will be truly unique to the area. Inspired by Georgetown architecture, the vision is to create a classic, yet fresh and modern way to live. Cambria at Cornerstone will offer a community that embraces urban comforts in an authentic apartment community.

The second phase of apartments, identical to the first phase’s high-end quality and design, will overflow with amenities both inside and outside of the apartment homes. The spacious one, two, and three bedroom floor plans will have top of the line features. The community will feature two resort style pools, outdoor grills, two fitness centers, a clubhouse, and much more. The charming exteriors will resemble historical Georgetown style homes surrounded by neatly manicured courtyards and gardens.
