Richmond, VA – January 4th, 2013 –
The Breeden Company has broken ground on their newest residential development in the Short Pump area near the new North Gayton Road extension. A short walk to the Towne Center West Shops and Restaurants and just minutes to Downtown Richmond, the gated community of Marshall Springs at Gayton West features 420-units situated on 30 acres of land. Future residents will be able to select from spacious one, two, and three bedroom units in 17 buildings and can expect the delivery of the first units by January 2014.
