$70M apartment complex breaks ground in Henrico
Virginia Beach developer The Breeden Co. has broken ground on a $70 million, 420-unit apartment complex near the Towne Center West development in the Short Pump area of Henrico County.
The gated community, called Marshall Springs at Gayton West, is made up of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The complex of 17 three-story buildings will sit on about 30 acres north of Interstate 64 and near the new North Gayton Road extension.
The first apartments should be ready by January 2014.
