Two Breeden Communities Rank in Top 35 in Nation for Customer Service

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – The Breeden Company is pleased to announce that two of its communities ranked within the Top 35 Turner Apartment Loyalty index, a national list representing the very best in customer service. Both Redmill Landing in Virginia Beach, VA and Briton Trace in Hampton, VA placed in the Top 35, according to J Turner Research, the company who conducts the surveys.
The research company describes the Turner Apartment Loyalty Index (TALi) as a “unique monthly apartment resident satisfaction survey system, providing hands-on, continuous monitoring of apartment resident satisfaction. The TALi is a statistical model developed after extensive research of various questions, financials and other key business indicators.” The placement is decided based on averaging the monthly survey scores over the course of a year. Redmill Landing and Briton Trace were consistently given some of the highest scores in order for this achievement to be possible.
