Construction Commences on Highly Anticipated Berkmar Landing Apartments
The Breeden Company and Breeden Construction are proud to announce the groundbreaking on a new multifamily development, The Berkmar Landing Apartments. With an estimated investment value of $65 million, the community will consist of 261 units featuring a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The location of Berkmar Landing will put residents within minutes of the many shopping and dining options at Hollymead Town Center. The community is easily accessible to Route 29 and Charlottesville, VA.
Berkmar Landing is the fourth Breeden project underway in 2020, after The Allure at Jefferson in Fredericksburg, VA (338 units), Pinewell Station in Norfolk, VA (145 units) and The Lofts at Front Street in Norfolk, VA (258 units).
Construction on Berkmar Landing Apartments is expected to be completed by Summer 2022.
