Richmond, VA – August 2023 Breeden Construction is proud to announce the completion of a luxury apartment community in Chester, VA, The Station at Chester. The project was completed for the developers, Schell Brothers; Breeden Construction served as the general contractor.

The $27.5 million project began in March 2021. Construction includes the development of a cluster of 5 apartment buildings that house 65 one-bedroom apartment homes, 126 two-bedrooms apartments, and 10 three-bedrooms apartments. Floorplans range from 650 to 1,300 square feet. In addition to the 5 apartment buildings, the community includes a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse, and amenities include a pool with cabanas, an outdoor fireplace and a grilling station.
