Breeden Construction is proud to announce the completion of an addition to an early education and care school in Midlothian, Virginia, the Primrose School of Midlothian Village. The project was completed for the developer, M&B Property LLC; Breeden Construction served as general contractor. The half-million-dollar project began in March 2022 with the clearing of adjacent land for the building addition. Development included one new classroom, three (3) restrooms, two (2) offices and a lounge adding a total of 1,800 sq. ft. Breeden Construction completed the building addition project on time and on budget.
The new building's addition allows the school to offer early education and care for more children in the community. Additionally, it provides school administration further room to operate and support their students.
