Breeden Construction announces construction completion on luxury multifamily community
Breeden Construction is proud to announce the completion of a newly constructed Enriched Lifestyle Community project in Fredericksburg, The Allure at Jefferson Apartments. Located at 4600 Monroe Street, and situated adjacent to Jefferson Davis Highway, less than 2 miles from I-95 and nestled between Richmond and Washington, DC, the multifamily development offers 338 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The $85.5 million project, designed by Housing Studio, brings a classically styled architecture, as well as high quality amenities and fixtures throughout the community, that is long associated with The Breeden Company. The project includes a poolside state-of-the-art fitness facility, high-end interior design, a well-equipped media center, hospitality bar, business center and resort-style amenities including a pool with fireside cabana.
Construction commenced in December 2017. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
