VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA – Breeden Construction is pleased to announce Jeffrey S. Kellerhouse as Director of Preconstruction.
Jeffery is responsible for overseeing the preconstruction services for both in-house developments and third-party engagements for select clients. His experience with estimating allows him to understand the importance of providing cost value throughout the entire process, beginning with the due diligence stage, to ensure the success of each project.
Mr. Kellerhouse has spent over 30 years in the construction industry and has a wide variety of experience including multi-family housing. He joined Breeden Construction as a director responsible for overseeing the design and pre-construction activities for the company’s multi-family and commercial developments.
Prior to joining Breeden Construction he served as senior director of preconstruction for MB Contractors. He also served as chief estimator for VIRTEXCO corporation, a VA. Beach based construction company for over 13 years.
Mr. Kellerhouse received his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech. He currently resides in Vinton, Virginia with his family. He enjoys reading and time with his family.
