NORFOLK, VIRGINIA – The Breeden Company announces the purchase of a six acre parcel adjacent to Norfolk’s Community Beach Park in Norfolk, Virginia. The multi-family Enriched Lifestyle community, Pinewell Station, will be built by Breeden Construction and managed by Breeden Property Management. Construction of the development is expected to commence in January 2019.
With an estimated investment value of $30 million, the development will offer a mix of one- and two- bedroom units with a clubhouse. Consisting of 145 units, the 4-story podium design will include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, high-end interior design, a well-equipped media center, hospitality bar, business center, resort-style amenities including a pool and a roof deck lounge offering marvelous views of the Chesapeake Bay and the Oceanview Golf Course. The one and two bedroom apartments are designed with 9 ft ceilings, granite countertops, pendant and recessed lighting with both carpeted and wood flooring.
